- Jab aap sone ke liye Bed pe jaate hai tab aap kamse kam 1/2 (aadhi) litter pani pile. Suru ke din aap 1 glass pi sakte hai dhire dhire iski matra badhaye.
- Mobile ko night mode pe rakhe iske liye aap night mode aap ka v use kar sakte hai.
Sone ki position kyaa rakhe waa kaise soye
